How to Print Your Outdoor Banners

How to supply your print files

Please only upload a single PDF file containing one page for your single sided outdoor banner design.

The maximum file upload is 2GB. Please contact our team if your file size is larger and we'll help you get your file into the workflow.

Please ensure that all fonts are embedded in your PDF file.

Colour

For best results, we recommend creating your artwork in CMYK Colour with 300dpi image resolution. Please be aware that uploaded RGB files will be converted to CMYK by our system, which may change some colours.

Black text should be set up with 100% black only to achieve the clearest printed text. If you are printing in greyscale, please set your artwork to greyscale prior to upload.

Bleed

Because your outdoor banner will be hemmed with 12mm eyelets every 50cm for fixing to frames, we ask for a 3mm bleed and a 30mm quiet area. Please do not add any important content within this area.

Completing your order

Please ensure that you upload artwork in the correct size and with the correct number of sides before completing your order.

Yes. Our outdoor banners are made from highly quality 500gsm Bannergrade material and printed with waterproof inks to be highly durable, resistant to water, UV exposure and tearing.

Do I have to pay before I can upload my print files?

Nope. You can enjoy full use of our web-to-print platform and customer services without paying a penny. You only pay when you’re absolutely ready to print.

Which file types can I upload?

Our web-to-print system accepts PDF files. For the best results, we recommend CMYK colour artwork with a 300dpi resolution. The maximum file upload is 2GB. Please contact our team if your file size is larger and we'll help you get your file into the workflow. Please ensure that fonts are embedded in your PDF. And please thoroughly check your digital proofs prior to printing.

Do you offer artwork print file templates?

You can download a correctly sized artwork guide for most products using the yellow "Download Artwork Guide" button above, if this is not visible or if you need any other information please contact our customer services team and they will be very happy to help you.

Can I preview my outdoor banner before it goes to print?

Yes. Once you upload your artwork files, our online printing system has an artwork proofing feature to help you check your proofs, flag any issues and ask our customer service team any questions you may have before you send your job into production.

Will you charge VAT on my outdoor banners?

Yes. outdoor banners are not exempt from VAT.
