Shipping and delivery
We've simplified our shipping and delivery process to ensure your printing arrives quickly and effortlessly. We handle all the necessary paperwork for you for UK delivery. Any international deliveries arranged with us may be subject to customs clearance, and local regulations in the destination country could also apply along with any duties or taxes due which are wholly your responsibility.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary, based on the size of your order and its destination.
When you choose a product to print on our website and select the paper size, type, binding and finish options and quantitiy, you will also see a number of shipping options. If the product is sufficiently large, you will be offered a palletised option.

Shipping and delivery times
In addition to seeing a shipping cost when specifying a product to print, you will see an estimated shipping date. This is not the same as a delivery date. The estimated shipping date is when your print job should leave our print factory.
We offer next working day delivery on all print orders for the UK, so your print job should arrive on the day after your estimated shipping date. However, this service is not guaranteed. Please note that we are currently unable to ship or deliver at weekends. So please take this into consideration when placing your order - our system takes weekends, bank holidays and time of order into
Please also be aware that these are estimated dispatch times. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, we encourage you to contact us beforehand to ensure we can meet your deadline, better still and if possible allow a few extra days in the schedule for unexpected (and unlikely) delays.
The estimated shipping date assumes that your order will start production immediately. If there’s a delay in starting production, maybe because you have chosen to pay by bank transfer or there are some issues with your file, the shipping estimate will move by at least an equivalent number of days.
During particularly busy periods, it might take a little longer to process orders, but we’ll make sure to keep you updated.

Delivery process
We typically employ DPD for our deliveries across the UK, allowing you to take advantage of this award-winning courier's live tracking features.
For smaller orders, we package them in boxes or small parcels, all of which are trackable. In contrast, larger orders may be dispatched on a pallet for kerbside delivery, although these are not trackable, you will be informed when they leave us and we will be able to provide a POD.
