On this page, you can see the payment options we offer. We accept the majority of major credit cards and PayPal, and we can also issue invoices to companies. Registered companies have the option to apply for credit.

No obligation to buy

Unlike other online printing services, at YouLovePrint, you're under no obligation to purchase when using our calculators and printing tools. Feel free to add items to your basket without any worry about unexpected charges. Upload your artwork, make any adjustments you need, and don't hesitate to get all the support you want from our customer service team. We only request payment when you're completely satisfied and ready to proceed with printing your order.

Payment options

Our instant price calculator is designed to provide you with full clarity on all printing costs, including delivery. We ensure there are no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay. Once your payment is confirmed, the price you're quoted, including delivery charges, is locked in.

For orders exceeding £50, payment can also be made via bank transfer. However, it's important to note that this method may extend the delivery time by up to 48 hours, as we must wait for the funds to clear in our account before we can proceed with your order.

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation along with your receipt.

Payment Against Invoice and Payments by Bank Transfer

For registered businesses organisations that prefer not to pay by credit card, YouLovePrint offers the option to pay by invoice, so that your organisation can process the payment offline.

To request an invoice, proceed with your order as usual selcting 'Payment by Bank transfer' as the method and then contact our team at info@youloveprint.co.uk. Please include your company details in the email, and we will issue an invoice for your order.

Be aware that we will not commence printing until we have received payment for the invoice, whcih is when the estimated shipping dte will be finalised.

Credit

Registered companies interested in applying for a credit account with YouLovePrint can send their details to info@youloveprint.co.uk.

A credit assessment will be conducted. If your company qualifies, we'll provide you with a credit limit appropriate to this assessment.

Payment methods at checkout

Reordering

You can log in to view all your past orders. This is just one of the many convenient features available when you register.

To reorder a previous item, simply login to your account and choose the 'past orders' option. Clicking this will place the item in your basket, where you will also have the option to adjust the quantity.

As always, please review your electronic proofs and all order details carefully, particularly if your delivery address has changed since your last order. After payment and confirmation, your new order will go into production as usual.
