Get a price
The first step is to visit the page of the product you want to print, then use the calculator tool to select your paper size, type, binding, finishes, etc and quantity.
This will give you prices, which update instantly with each new selection. There's no need to wait for quotes when using YouLovePrint’s printing services!
We also present a breakdown of costs for a wide range of quantities, so you can see the value in ordering a few more copies of your chosen product. This makes YouLovePrint an excellent resource for securing the best value on your printing projects.
You will also be presented with shipping dates and the option for faster turnaround times.
Remember, you're never obligated to make a payment until you decide to send your print job into production.

Upload your print file
Uploading your files to YouLovePrint is straightforward, and there's no obligation to proceed with a purchase even after your files are set up for printing.
Visit the web page of the product you wish to print and make all of your size, paper, binding and other selections in the cost calculator.
Then upload your relevant files in the appropriately named “Upload” section. Simply click each button to upload your file to each relevant section.
Do this before clicking the Add to Cart button.
Our web-to-print system accepts PDF files. For the best results, we recommend CMYK colour artwork with a 300dpi resolution. The maximum file upload is 2GB. Please contact our team if your file size is larger and we'll help you get your file into the workflow. Please ensure that fonts are embedded in your PDF. And please thoroughly check your digital proofs prior to printing.
Black text should be set up with 100% black only to achieve the clearest printed text. If you are printing in greyscale, please set your artwork to greyscale prior to upload.

Proof your print file
Once you've uploaded your artwork files, our online printing system includes an artwork proofing tool that allows you to review your proofs, identify any potential issues, and pose questions to our customer service team before your project goes into production.
Check, pay and confirm
Before you proceed to payment and printing, ensure you reviewed your online proofs and that everything is accurate before sending your print job into production.
After production starts, no additional alterations can be made to your order.
