How to upload your print files

Please upload your business card artwork files as PDFs. We would like a single PDF file containing one page for single sided and two pages for double-sided designs.

The maximum file upload is 2GB. Please contact our team if your file size is larger and we'll help you get your file into the workflow.

Please ensure that all fonts are embedded in your PDF file.

Colour

For best results, we recommend creating your artwork in CMYK Colour with 300dpi image resolution. Please be aware that uploaded RGB files will be converted to CMYK by our system, which may change some colours.

Black text should be set up with 100% black only to achieve the clearest printed text. If you are printing in greyscale, please set your artwork to greyscale prior to upload.

Bleed

For all business cards, we require a 3mm bleed as well as a 5mm quiet area. Please refrain from adding any important content in these areas.

Ordering Multiple Business Card Designs

Our business card printing costs are calculated per artwork design. To order multiple designs, we recommend using our cost calculator to get a price for each quantity of the same design.

Our system will then combine postage on your entire order before you proceed to payment and send your printed business cards into production.

Completing your order

Please ensure that you upload artwork in the correct size and with the correct number of sides before completing your order.
