How to supply your print files
Please upload your card artwork files as PDFs. We would like a single PDF file containing one page for single sided and two pages for double-sided designs.
For folded cards, such as greetings cards, please upload a single PDF file containing two spreads - One for each side of your folded card design. Each spread must measure the flat, unfolded size of the card.
The maximum file upload is 2GB. Please contact our team if your file size is larger and we'll help you get your file into the workflow.
Please ensure that all fonts are embedded in your PDF file.
Bleed
For all cards, we require a 3mm bleed as well as a 3mm quiet area. Please refrain from adding any important content in these areas.
Ordering Multiple Card Designs
Our card printing costs are calculated per artwork design. To order multiple designs, we recommend using our cost calculator to get a price for each quantity of the same design.
Our system will then combine postage on your entire order before you proceed to payment and send your printed cards into production.
Completing your order
Please ensure that you upload artwork in the correct size and with the correct number of sides before completing your order.
A Card Printing Company

For small runs, we tend to print your cards on HP Indigos for offset digital printing and for larger runs of 1,000+ copies, we use Heidelberg Speedmasters for offset litho printing. For more information, please see our plant list.

Nope. You can enjoy full use of our web-to-print platform and customer services without paying a penny. You only pay when you’re absolutely ready to print.
Our web-to-print system accepts PDF files. For the best results, we recommend CMYK colour artwork with a 300dpi resolution. The maximum file upload is 2GB. Please contact our team if your file size is larger and we'll help you get your file into the workflow. Please ensure that fonts are embedded in your PDF. And please thoroughly check your digital proofs prior to printing.
Yes, please speak to our customer services team and they will be happy to supply a PDF or InDesign template for your chosen product.
Yes. Once you upload your card files, our online printing system has an artwork proofing feature to help you check your proofs, flag any issues and ask our customer service team any questions you may have before you send your job into production.
If the stationery is intended to be written on - Yes. Printed cards are not exempt from VAT.
