How to Print Your Perfect Bound Booklet
How to upload your files
We’ll accept your perfect bound booklet files however you’d like to send them – as single pages or spreads, or with all pages combined into one file.
The cover of your perfect booklet is actually four pages: the front cover, the inside front cover, the back cover, and the inside back cover. Make sure you plan your covers accordingly.
All of our perfect booklets are printed with a 3mm bleed on each page. Please do not add any important content to this area.
Perfect booklets are bound with perfect binding, creating a smooth spine. Keep in mind that if your booklet contains too few pages, we may have to print it with stapled binding instead. When you add your pages to our online ordering system, we’ll automatically suggest the best binding option for your booklet.
Spine for Perfect Bound
Perfect booklets have a spine, for which you can upload a separate print file. We’ll calculate the spine depth for you and display it in your shopping cart, so you can be sure to create the proper size print file. We ask for a 3mm bleed on the spine as well. If you do not upload a print file for your perfect booklet’s spine, we will leave it blank.
Completing your order
Before your order can be completed, you must ensure all placeholders have content. For example, if your booklet contains 32 pages, all 32 boxes must be filled. You can add pages in multiples of four and if you do not have enough content to fill them all, you must add blank pages.
